Ingredients:
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar (divided)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups fruit
Directions:
- Preheat oven and Wabi Nabe with butter inside to 350°F
- Separately, mix baking powder, flour, sugar (reserve 1/8 cup for later), and milk together leaving lumps, ladle evenly into preheated Wabi Nabe on top of the butter.
- Add fruit, distributed evenly
- Sprinkle remaining sugar over fruit
- Bake uncovered for 30- 40 minutes at 350°F until golden brown on top
- Serve warm over fresh vanilla bean ice cream.
